Position : Wrangler
Pay Rate : $20.00 - $24.00 / hourly.
Location : Tracy, CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday some Saturdays | 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm
Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Wrangler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, organizing stock, and assisting in shipping and receiving tasks. The Warehouse Wrangler will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment while contributing to overall team success.
Dress Code : Cold environment - dress warm
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspection
- Prepared finished orders by identifying, pulling, packing, wrapping, loading, and securing products; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness on production entries
- Completes batch record reviews, and closing Production Jobs in the Canopy System
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and help setup and adjustments of machines
- Enforces Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations
- Follows all safety guidelines; Reports any work-related injuries to HR as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours);
- Monitors production floor for any safety hazards and reports issues to Production Supervisor and / or HR
- Accountable to fill out paperwork timely and correctly throughout the shift
- Answers radio requests; Responds to questions and solves problems
- Informs Production Supervisor of whereabouts, attendance, and activities; Proactively identifies problems and potential problems, and offers possible solutions
- Required to fill various rolls on production floor including, but not limited to, Operator, Wrangler, Packager, Cook or any other line job as required
- Shows respect and sensitivity toward cultural differences; Promotes a harassment and discrimination free environment
- Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures; Upholds and supports Company’s organizational goals and values
- Complies with all USDA guidelines for shipping and receiving.
