We are actively seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Advanced Practice Providers to join our partner's state-of-the-art practice in Manahawkin, NJ. This is a perfect opportunity for a provider passionate about delivering quality patient care in a comforting environment. Their practice encourages a great work-life balance and is transitioning to encompass both dermatology and allergy, asthma, and immunology.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
- Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice as we transition from a focus on dermatology to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
- Minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
