Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, guest relations, and night audit
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train hotel staff to provide exceptional service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness and appearance
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
