What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Office - Project Manager position at Heery?
Job Description
- Develop and manage performance tracking of process, programs, projects, and vendors. Support the recording of metrics and validation of information
- Proactively engage with the program delivery PMs, consultants, contractors and vendors to explain their relevant performance measured, how they will be tracked, reported on and measured.
- Use performance data to make suggestions and propose initiatives to continually improve delivery processes and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to efficiently support clients with in third and fourth party management.
- Develop and manage an appropriate method of assessing client organizational resource capability
- Provide overview of the production of third party contractual obligations and other reports
- Managing the flow of project information between the program team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Support the alignment of programmed projects with project governance, processes and correct systems to be utilized.
- Preparation of monthly client reports on program performance.
