Growth Marketing Manager at Heetch
Heetch is a ride-hailing application present in 7 countries and which aims to promote fairer and more inclusive mobility. The Acquisition team plays a central role in this organisation and interacts daily with the different teams. Our team's mission is to implement the different acquisition and activation strategies for drivers and passengers across all countries in order to enable them to offer a reliable and healthy solution. As a member of the Growth team, you will be in charge of imagining, launching, monitoring and analysing passenger and driver acquisition campaigns in Europe.
What Will Be Your Role?
- Manage and monitor performance campaigns to achieve acquisition and retention objectives ( SEA, programmatic, partnerships).
- Source and set up new acquisition channels.
- Optimise the marketing mix based on channel performance.
- Manage a monthly budget : define the media mix and forecast per month, adjust if necessary, question budget weightings if necessary.
- Lead weekly meetings with the different teams : local teams in the different countries where Heetch is established, brand & design, and data in order to develop and refine driver and passenger strategies.
- Test & Iterate : apply industry best practices, innovate on messages and content, set up A / B tests.
- Optimise and analyse the conversion funnel from impression to activation, understand the obstacles and implement optimisations.
