Heeter Environmental is searching for a full-time Office Administrator to join their new and growing team in North Dayton, Ohio! This individual will be mainly responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience as well as assisting the dispatch team when needed. We are a pet friendly office where you will often be greeted with a wagging tail!

Pay : Starting at $20 / hour, offer dependent on experience

The right candidate will have :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two years of relevant experience (with a service company is a plus)

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Experience with accounting processes is a plus

Previous QuickBooks experience is a plus

Dependable transportation

Excellent phone etiquette

Heart of a servant

Excellent computer skills

Our Office Administrator will :

Act as the “face” of Heeter, ensuring each customer has an excellent experience

Greet customers and connect them with the appropriate team member to meet their needs

Assist the dispatcher in scheduling jobs, creating work orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction among other tasks
