Heeter is hiring for a 1st shift (7 am - 3 pm) Mailing Services Operator to train to manage, maintain and fix our inserting machines (WMD & Kern). The Mailing / Inserting department is a very fast-paced machine and requires candidates with a high energy level.

SPECIFIC DUTIES :
- Set up and operate mailing / inserting machines to job specifications, with a critical eye for detail and accuracy
- Follow standardized work process and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
- Effectively carry out assigned tasks throughout the shift
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Performs other duties requested by supervisor and / or management
