As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and clients seeking technical assistance from our headquarters in Baltic, South Dakota. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is not a remote position. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Seasonal Saturdays April-June.

- Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
