Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Manage all Food and Beverage operations that meet hotel and brand standards
• Run effective costs control that ensure quality operations and financial success
• Effective placement, training, management and motivation of food and beverage team members
• Provide the direction, support and empowerment of team members to deliver a professional and exceptional food and beverage experience to each guest 
• Ensure the effective hiring, training and role development of food and beverage team
