Duties
- Greet clients and patients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Conduct thorough data entry of client information into our systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information as needed.
- Collaborate with medical receptionists to coordinate appointments and follow-up communications.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Provide support to administrative staff as required, contributing to overall team success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette are essential for this position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.
