We are looking for a highly motivated Oiler and Fueler to add to our Shop team located in Lockhart, TX.

Salary: $30.00 to $36.00, based on experience

We are looking for a highly motivated Oiler and Fueler to add to our Shop team located in Lockhart, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Support direct supervisor and adhere to direction.
- Communicate with supervisor and job site foreman to maintain high efficiency of fueling operations.
- Travel to job sites and complete fuel, oil, and greasing operations on equipment and vehicles.
- Complete daily DOT required information, truck inspections, and timecard.
- Travel to various locations around the front range in fuel truck provided by PGC General Contractors.
- Work during hours directed by PGC General Contractors to keep our fleet running daily.
- Work independently or with fellow employees, contractors, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Works well independently and has a passion to learn.
- Good organization skills and follow through.
- Alert, focused, and detail oriented.
- Disciplined, dependable, accountable, and punctual.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of safe work practices.
- Basic understanding of Caterpillar and construction equipment, principles, and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid and current Commercial Driver’s License.
- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (Fueler required).
- Experience driving on and off-road commercial vehicles on construction sites a plus.
- Prolonged periods of driving a truck.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to walk on uneven and muddy surfaces.
- Able to climb up and down equipment using cable ladders, steps, and equipment tracks or tires all while carrying a liquid filled diesel hose in a safe manner. The drag weight of a hose could reach up to 100 pounds.
- Indoors – prolong periods of driving a vehicle under various weather conditions.
- Outdoors – various weather conditions ranging from extreme cold weather to extreme heat.
Salary: $30.00 to $36.00, based on experience
