Job Description: The Steward is responsible for assisting the Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Food and Beverage areas. This includes promptly and carefully sorting soiled ware for proper processing, as well as washing and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and process soiled ware in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
