Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for seal coating by cleaning and repairing as needed.
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply sealant evenly and efficiently.
- Mix sealant materials according to specifications for optimal performance.
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during all sealing operations.
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor weather conditions to determine optimal sealing times and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting or seal coating is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Experience with power tools and construction equipment is essential.
- Forklift certification is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
