Job Summary
- Collaboration in the safeguarding and improvement of the quality management system and specified controlled conditions for series production
- Communication with internal and external parties in all matters of product development and production- /process quality |
- Collaboration in the planning, coordination and implementation of all quality-promoting and Quality assurance activities during series production (Implement and Upgrade Quality Systems, Customer Portals, IATF16949)
- Collaboration in the monitoring of the production processes for compliance specifications, also through internal audits
- Support in process planning, FMEA creation, inspection planning and PLP creation
- Creation of Work Test and Documentation Instructions;
- Responsible for developing inspection test plans, Quality Work Instructions, and all other contractual required quality documentation
- Recording, evaluation & reporting of key figures (KPI)
- Participation in Task Force and CIP activities
- Training of all team members (Develop training to build quality awareness)
- Processing of customer and supplier complaints
- Responsible for evaluating Pareto defect analysis and participating in task team to reduce the number of defects.
- Monitor in process scrap and reject material and seek opportunities for improvement
- Recording and statistical tracking per Heiche/KAP Standards. Utilize the 4 eye principle, CSR
- Moderation of the problem-solving teams
- Statement (8D-Report) to customers in coordination with team / Supervisors
- Monitoring and testing of test equipment (test equipment capabilities)
- Query of information from customer systems on the Internet
- Customer contacts, support and visits
- Working Knowledge of the following: APQP / PPAP / 5S / TS16949
- Support and Maintain PFC, PFMEAS, MQC and PQCTs
- Devise Sampling Procedures, Designs and Develop Forms, Instructions for Recordings and Evaluating Data
- Work with suppliers on first-part approvals
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, procedures, test procedures, inspection and test analysis as required
- Ensure that non-conforming material is controlled and segregated and that management and appropriate departments are notified for disposition
- Any other duties assigned by management

- Self-interest in further education / maintenance of qualifications
- Certification as an auditor a plus - attain ISO certification and act as IATF 16949 Lead Auditor in the quality system’s internal auditing process ; Active promotion and support of management systems according to IATF 16949 (Quality), DIN EN ISO 14001 (Environment) and DIN EN ISO 50001(Energy) as well as the Implementation of their goals. |
