Salvaged Material Technician Apprentice

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently seeking an Apprentice to assist various production departments. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Apprentice may be required to:

• Disassemble and clean aircraft parts
• Identify parts in applicable Component Maintenance Manuals and prepare tags and paperwork
• Route parts through various shops (such as machine shop, NDT and QC) as required while maintaining proper documentation throughout all processes
• Maintain proper records for all parts including electronic records of inventory items.

Basic knowledge of computer systems

Ability to read and comprehend English

Ability to read comprehend technical data

Must have strong attention to detail

Highly Organized

Must be able to work in a team
