What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 7 years' experience selling construction materials.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment
Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Most of the client base is in the Pittsburgh area. The role will office in Connellsville with flexible office time.

Competitive base salary - $84,730 - $110,146.
