Your Role
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
Conduct thorough pre- and post-shift safety inspections on a daily basis.
Develop a strong understanding of aggregate products.
Estimate weights while loading trucks based on visual assessment or grading, and efficiently maintain stockpiles.
Load customer trucks safely and accurately.
Your Qualifications
Preferred : High school diploma or GED.
Preferred : Two years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Experience in open pit mining operations and knowledge of aggregate products is a plus.
MSHA training is an advantage.
Employment Requirements
The successful candidate must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug and alcohol screening, and background check.
Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing regulated by FMCSA.
Work Environment
This role primarily involves working in settings where conditions may include moving mechanical equipment, adverse weather, varied temperatures, humidity, and high noise levels.
What We Offer
Hourly wage between $19.00 to $21.00.
