Key Responsibilities
Efficiently operate a yard loader to transport materials and products.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of the loader to ensure optimal performance.
Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas with precision.
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations at all times.
Keep accurate records of material movements and equipment maintenance activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting capabilities.
Proficient in safely operating heavy machinery and equipment.
Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Displays meticulous attention to detail and prioritizes safety.
Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and various shifts.
Requirements for Employment
The selected candidate must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screening, and background check.
Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing per FMCSA regulations.
Work Environment
Work primarily takes place in settings involving moving mechanical equipment and varying weather conditions, which may include heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
