What You Will Be Doing
- Install and maintain heavy industrial equipment including 480 volts, motor controllers, switchgear, motors, motor starters, control circuits and PLC's.
- Work integrally with customers and helps to market and develop new work.
- Use hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment, pipe thread equipment, conduit benders, etc.
- Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull: objects, materials, controls and tools
- Pull wire and run conduit as needed.
- Must have 2-4 years working as an Electrical Helper/Apprentice/Journeyman
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timeliness of job completion.
- Experience in installing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment including 480 volts, motor controllers, switchgear, motors, motor starters, control circuits and PLC's.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment, pipe thread equipment, conduit benders, etc.
- Familiar with electrical field concepts, practices and procedures.
- $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
