Position Title: Journeyman Welder

Job Location: Gaston, SC

What You Will Be Doing

• Demo and install new to existing steel
• Working on iron, out of a manbasket or scissor lift
• Bullrigging experience in tight places
• Outage work pace expected
• Ability to read drawings, layout for new steel and lead a crew is a plus.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2-4 years relevant Structural Welding work experience, NCCER certifications a plus.
• Must be willing to travel, in the southeast region mostly. (Per Diem in addition to hourly wages)
• Must be willing to work long hours and extended work weeks when needed.
• Ability to work at heights.

Conditions of Employment:

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment:

Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
