What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and guide Irving-based team members, ensuring effective performance.
- Manage team ticket queue and support vendors to resolve incidents and requests within SLAs.
- Support LAN, WAN, WIFI, Camera, and Security systems for various sites.
- Participate in business and IT-driven projects, providing technical and functional support.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams and training materials, with occasional international travel.
What Are We Looking For:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience in a Microsoft Windows/Cisco networking environment, with at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Cisco CCNA certification preferred but not required.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting network issues, configuring Cisco network equipment, and understanding WAN technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Visio) with strong organizational skills and basic project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented and self-starting approach.
- Ability to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
