What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the implementation and management of the ghost card program within SAP and JDE systems.
- Lead the month-end process to ensure timely closure for PCard and Epayables within SAP and JDE.
- Reconcile bank statements for all company card programs to ensure accuracy within SAP and JDE.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for all company card program setups, including significant activity related to mergers and ERP transitions.
- Work closely with senior management and HR teams to drive company compliance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Proven experience managing Epayables and PCard programs within SAP and JDE systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with mergers and transitions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior management and HR.
