What You'll Be Doing

• Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other building materials.
• Monitor and adjust plant settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
