What You'll Be Doing
- Mechanical repairs, cutting/welding, repair cement plant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, hoists, etc.
- Assist with running production equipment as needed.
- Ability to use mobile equipment like front end loader, forklift, manlift, etc.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. ARC and MIG Welding proficient.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work at heights, climb steps and be in good physical condition.
