What You'll Be Doing
- Manage three sand and gravel operations in the Houston, Texas area.
- Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of site managers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
- Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.
