What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget and mine plan.
- Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve key business objectives and represent the company in the local community.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in safety and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to team success, with the ability to work through challenges and achieve objectives.
- Passion for career growth, with an interest in becoming a Plant Manager.
