We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as proven experience in accounts payable management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and recording accounts payable data, investigating discrepancies through vendor account reconciliation, and generating accounts payable reports. Additionally, they will perform fuel and raw materials inventory invoice reconciliations and generate accounts payable reporting.
