Key Responsibilities:
As a Ready-Mix Driver at Heidelberg Materials, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Safely operating commercial vehicles to deliver concrete to job sites
• Ensuring quality control and maintaining excellent customer service
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve operational excellence
• Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have:
• Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills
• Minimum one-year experience operating commercial vehicles with a multi-speed transmission
• Good driving record and valid medical card
• Mechanical background or skills preferred
• Ability to work six days a week (Monday-Saturday) and occasional Sundays
• Solid attendance and punctuality history
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs
