What You'll Be Doing
Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance program and policies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience in risk management and audit
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
