Job Summary

This role is responsible for operating and monitoring crusher plant equipment.

• Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• The ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics is required.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities are necessary to succeed in this position.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools is also required.
• A commitment to safety and quality standards is expected.

Conditions of Employment

• The successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions may require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• This role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
