What You'll Be Doing
- Operate haul units to transport raw materials and finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support production operations.

- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and demands.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, and climbing in and out of equipment.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions for extended periods.
