What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate daily tasks and workflow to meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide training and support to team members.
Monitor and report on operational performance and improvements.

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
