What You'll Be Doing
Operate rail loadout equipment to ensure efficient and safe loading of railcars.
Monitor and control the flow of materials to ensure proper loading.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools.
