What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the Rhyolite plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage and lead a team of plant employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Optimize plant processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
