What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement recycling programs to optimize material usage including recycled concrete materials.
- Drive and own the business cycle around the Recycled Materials business plan.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source recycled materials.
- Monitor and report on recycling metrics and performance, including P&L results.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Lead and train a team focused on sustainability initiatives.
