What You'll Be Doing
- Review ready mix orders and tickets for accuracy and additional charges. Make necessary changes in system.
- Review cash sale orders and settle credit card payments.
- Enter and maintain confirmed quotes in system.
- Process daily report for all prevailing wage orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, emails invoices and tickets, research customer concerns and escalations.
