HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION, a leading manufacturer of encoders and motion control electronics and related software, delivers digital readout, metrology, motion systems and CNC controls, is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Western Sales Director for our Fremont, CA office.
HEIDENHAIN’s core business includes its customers in the Machine Tool, Semiconductor Manufacturing and Robotics Automation Industries. HEIDENHAIN’s group companies additional serve heavy industry, logistics, renewable energy, medical equipment, life science applications and other market segments needing advanced motion control solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business and have a minimum of ten years of experience.
- You have experience using Strategic Selling methods and Consultative Selling techniques.
- You have previous experience in scaling business volume exceeding $40M annually.
- You have managed other field sales representatives, insides sales and customer service staff.
- Key account management of OEM customers, particularly in semiconductor and electronics equipment manufacturing, including motion systems technology, would be a strong advantage.
