- $14-$17 base pay
- $21-25 with tips
- Tipped position (Hourly range includes tip average).
Job Description
- Daily baking, including bread and bagels
- Slice and portion meats in accordance with portion control.
- Wash, slice and portion produce.
- Properly rotates food inventory and keeps food waste at a minimum.
- Keeps the kitchen stocked to par at all times.
- Wash, slice and portion produce.
- Cut and portion cheeses.
- Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
- Follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Cross-trained as sandwich maker and cashier.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.
