What are the responsibilities and job description for the DELIVERY DRIVER position at HEIGHTS AUTO PARTS?
Heights Auto Parts of Lansing is looking to hire a full time employee who can deliver parts & work in our warehouse when no delivery routes are needed.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM
Applicants should have some knowledge of car parts and the general Lansing area
Applicants will need to pass a motor vehicle background check to be considered for the position.
Driver is expected at times to lift up to 70 lbs
As a delivery driver you will be expected to load your delivery vehicle with the days deliveries. Drive to each stop using a pre planned route provided to you on a tablet. Engage in customer service at each stop by leaving the requested part and at times handling funds to pay for parts. You may be asked to bring cores back to the facility. Driver is expected to handle all currency and company owned properly safely.
Applicants will be asked to undergo a drug screening that excludes marijuana as well as a pre employment physical

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
