Heights Home Health is looking
for experienced caregivers that are compassionate with a strong attention to
detail. You will be asked to help clients with daily task while also providing
a sense of companionship to overall improve the client’s quality of life.
Caregivers will be expected to provide exceptional service to clients who may be cognitively challenged, chronically ill or disabled by assisting with daily tasks that clients are unable to perform themselves. These tasks include but are not limited to providing physical assistance with getting in and out of bed, basic hygiene and grooming routines, housekeeping chores, and providing culinary services for clients. Tasks are based on client’s needs and are subject to change daily.
Caregivers will also be required
to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow
protocols and rules set by company. Caregiver will assess client upon arrival
and throughout shift for any changes in client’s medical condition. Caregiver
should also possess the ability to read verbal and nonverbal cues to properly
respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Any changes in patients physical or
mental state as well as any injuries or incidents are to be reported to a
supervisor immediately.
BENEFITS: This position offers reimbursement for mileage and drive time on top of hourly pay.
* This position is a PRN position meaning "As needed". Applicants will be required to have a flexible schedule.*
