We are seeking Sales Associates who will work closely with our customers to provide a positive experience to drive our business. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume, therapeutic and spa environment at Massage Heights Midtown location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships and retail products
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance and data entry of client records
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products
• Able to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, policies and procedures
• Have a positive attitude and be customer service focused
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
• Able to work some evenings and weekends
• MUST be fluent in speaking Spanish
  
  
  

Compensation / Benefits

• Great pay....Hourly Rate of up to $12 - $14 per hour depending on sales experience bonuses commission
