- $15-16 BASE guaranteed hourly-KPI performances average pay to increases to hourly of $18-$22

- Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business
- MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE with a TRACK RECORD!
- MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software or ability to learn advanced software quickly
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Experience with FAST PACED work environments
- Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
