Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from potential clients with professionalism and empathy
- Clearly explain our legal services and the intake process
- Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with leads
- Effectively close leads
- Be available as needed for after-hours potential client calls, if necessary
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to streamline the intake process
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A go-getter mindset – you thrive on closing contracts and securing new clients
