Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Intern to support the administrative functions of the Marketing team. This paid internship will provide hands-on experience in supplier co-op marketing, trade show coordination, campaign research, and asset management. Reporting to the Director of Marketing - Heilind Americas, the intern will assist in maintaining marketing processes, organizing campaign assets, and supporting cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Proofread and edit marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, web content, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Assist the supplier co-op marketing team by reviewing/proofing and deploying New Product Introductions in support of the supplier business team.
- Support the Trade Show Manager with event coordination tasks as requested.
- Assist in cataloging and tagging marketing assets (images, videos, product brochures, and digital files) in CANTO (our digital asset management (DAM) system), ensuring accurate descriptions and metadata.
- Help maintain marketing records by updating internal spreadsheets, organizing files, and tracking supplier program details as requested.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with digital asset management systems or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Interest in B2B marketing, supplier relationships, and event coordination.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure.
- Highly organized with critical attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive and deadline-driven assignments.
- Possess polished interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, and maturity.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Wilmington, MA
