We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to help support our ongoing Digital Transformation and Oracle Fusion implementation projects. Project Management
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.
Project Management
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing software and hardware projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Identify risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Gather and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with the technical team to translate business needs into technical and functional specifications.
- Support the testing phase by creating test cases, conducting UAT, and ensuring quality assurance.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and challenges.
- Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of various solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination/management and business analysis.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar preferred).
- PMP certification a plus, or the commitment to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (I.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- Must be able to work hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow mapping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically MS Project, Microsoft Visio, and SmartSheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
