Warehouse General

Heimark Distributing, LLC is looking for a motivated hard-working individual to work in our warehouse department. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Sunday-Thursday starting at 3:30pm to 12a.m. (subject to change). In this role the primary responsibilities are to load and unload products from the truck. Verify and properly stock product using our location-based inventory system. Must be dependable and organized person who can work independently.

Location: San Jacinto, CA

Responsibilities

• Ability to operate a warehouse forklift and pallet jack
• Must be able to safely back in bulk trucks & move Sideload truck as needed
• Must be able to effectively load all scheduled routes in a timely manner
• General understanding of Location Based Inventory system
• Oversee all logistics inbound and outbound
• Ability to review bill of ladings and compare to product
• Verify all route trucks are complete and loaded
• Maintain proper inventory balances by adjusting in Easy Ops
• Rotate product on code date in warehouse
• Monitor and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness
• Assist with will calls or specials when needed
• Assist with checking in drivers when needed
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Must be able to work in multi-temperature environments
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Must be able to work using a RF unit or iPad to effectively move/organize product
• Must be able to lift/push/pull product and/or kegs weighing up to 165 lbs. As well as hang merchandise and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including: Repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs overhead), bending, pulling/pushing
