Position: Exterior Remodeling Production Manager

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Exterior Remodeling Production Manager to join our growing company. With your leadership you will be in direct control of ordering materials, material delivery scheduling, scheduling of all crews, project management of some projects,

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary leader and decision-maker for the production department.
• Efficiently manage scheduling, homeowner issue resolution, and the launch and oversight of daily departmental activities.
• Act as an active member of the leadership team, providing vital performance data, pinpointing challenges, and propelling solutions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications for success:

• Education: Minimum High School/G.E.D.;.
• Proficient in using computer
• A valid driver’s license
• In-depth understanding of roofing or siding processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges in production processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Project Managers, other departments, and clients.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in production, with a focus on delivering superior roofing solutions.
• Track record of building strong, motivated teams and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ability to adapt to changes in project scope, schedules, and priorities, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
