Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our users, including their needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Analyze and interpret research data, identifying key insights that guide design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to integrate research insights into product development.
- Create and maintain research plans, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Advocate for the value of research in guiding product and platform strategies to improve ROI and reduce tech debt.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.

New Hire Base Salary Range : $83,400.00 - $104,200.00
Bonus : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
