Maintenance Grounds Keeper

• Conduct general upkeep of the grounds to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Perform regular maintenance on lawn equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on Heinzerling vehicles, contributing to their longevity and reliability.
• Undertake minor repairs within the facility and on the grounds as needed.

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 pounds regularly
• Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with no more than 5 points in the last 3 years, and no more than one at fault accident.
• Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Three to six months related job experience or training necessary
• Must be able to add, subtract, divide and multiple in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.

$17.75 / hour

7:30am – 4:00pm

Monday – Friday with some on-call responsibilities
