The UI/UX Designer is responsible for improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with all of Heirloom’s platforms. This position works cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and technology teams. The UI/UX Designer is intuitive, creative, and motivated to develop exceptional consumer technology.
Responsibilities
- Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately convey project plans
- Enhance the user experience by creating seamless interfaces
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends
- Participate in agile project management standup meetings
- Make recommendations regarding technology strategy
- Engage with the leadership team as required
- Proven 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer
- Deep understanding of the entire digital development process
- Accomplished wireframer using prototyping software; Figma desired
- Proficiency in Webflow and Google Workspace desired
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) desired
- Flexibility to work on a rapidly evolving schedule
- High school diploma or GED; BS/BA in a related field preferred
- Hybrid location: Onsite & remote.
- Contract, intern, part-time, full-time, and equity positions considered.
- Compensation starts at $30.00/hour. Benefits available for full-time employment.
